About the RoleAs a Recovery Co‑Ordinator, you will manage and support adults affected by opiates, alcohol, and non‑opiate substances. Your work will empower clients to set achievable goals, access the right interventions, and build confidence for long‑term recovery success.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage a diverse caseload of clients, including opiate, alcohol, and non‑opiate users.
Conduct thorough assessments, risk management, and recovery planning.
Deliver personalised 1:1 keyworking and group interventions to support recovery journeys.
Provide harm reduction advice, relapse prevention strategies, and motivational support.
Collaborate with prescribers, health professionals, and partner agencies to ensure holistic care.
Promote client engagement, wellbeing, and social reintegration within the community.
Maintain accurate, timely records and reports in line with service standards.
Person SpecificationProven experience within a substance misuse or recovery service.
Strong case management, assessment, and communication skills.
Knowledge of harm reduction, treatment pathways, and recovery models.
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Compassionate, proactive, and focused on achieving positive outcomes for clients.
