Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Dual Registered Children’s Home Manager to work Full Time for Choices Home for Children, based in Warrington.
The salary for this permanent Dual Registered Children’s Manager job is up to £60,000 per annum.
- We’re recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead two Ofsted-regulated children’s homes in Warrington (WA1 & WA2), just 3 miles apart.
- This is a rare opportunity to be involved from the very start of registration, with one home ready immediately and the second coming online later this year.
- Your aim is to lead and manage the home, overseeing the day to day operations, providing strong motivational leadership to staff and ensuring the best possible care and education for the young people.
- Our Home Managers are responsible and compassionate leaders, decision makers and ensure continuous multi-agency work between Care, Education and Health to support and develop all plans for the young people in our case.
- This role requires patience, motivation, understanding, leadership, determination and ownership. You will be supported by the Senior Management Team so we can continue to develop your skills in this role.
- Previous management experience in a residential care home setting is essential, with the drive and motivation to provide a safe environment for the young people at all times.
- Previous Management Experience.
- Previously held Ofsted registration within the last 2 years in children’s homes
- Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
- Strong safeguarding & regulatory knowledge.
- Values therapeutic, trauma-informed care.
