About The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Clinical Lead to help shape how we work in partnership to support people living with long-term conditions. In this pivotal role, you’ll explore innovative approaches, evaluate emerging treatments, and translate clinical insights into meaningful service improvements.
Working collaboratively with both clinical and commercial teams, you’ll drive quality improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic tenders and bids. You’ll also play a key role in our thought leadership and research agenda, embedding evidence-based practice across the organisation.
This role involves developing strong relationships with academic partners, sharing knowledge across teams, and influencing how we evolve and grow as a forward-thinking organisation.

Key Accountabilities- Strategic Clinical development - Lead the development of delegated subject matter areas, applying deep clinical expertise to shape evidence-based practices and contribute to sector-wide advancement.
- Clinical Transformation and Innovation Lead the planning and implementation of clinical change and improvement initiatives, ensuring that activities are prioritised, sequenced, and timed effectively to align with strategic goals and minimise disruption.
- Insight and Commercial Collaboration Provide strategic clinical insight to support commercial growth, working in partnership with the commercial bidding team to contribute to bids, tenders, presentations, and new business opportunities.
- Leadership and Workforce Capability Manage the performance and development of the clinical team, ensuring objectives are in place and aligned with strategic priorities.

You’ll work collaboratively across clinical and commercial teams to support quality improvement initiatives, contribute to strategic tenders and bids, and embed evidence-based practice into our services. If you're passionate about leading change, confident in shaping clinical strategy, and ready to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you. Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is advantageous, bringing valuable insight into treatment pathways, regulatory frameworks, and partnership opportunities.
Degree-level qualification (or higher) in a healthcare-related field; MSc preferred.
- Deep subject matter expertise in the relevant clinical area, with up-to-date knowledge of treatments, interventions, and protocols.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and shape clinical opportunities that support business growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead change from concept to delivery, with sound planning and implementation skills.
- Effective stakeholder management and collaboration across clinical, operational, and commercial teams.
- Confidence in navigating complex conversations and influencing outcomes.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic environment.
- Full, valid UK driving licence.
