Collaboration is central to the role, and you will work closely with the multidisciplinary team, social care, and voluntary organisations to ensure coordinated, holistic care. Strong communication skills are essential when supporting patients, families, and carers, often in insensitive or complex situations. You will also contribute to the development of junior staff and students through mentoring and teaching.

This role offers autonomy, variety, and excellent opportunities for professional development, with support from experienced District Nurses and Team Leaders.

Flexible working requests are welcomed.

Join us and help make a meaningful difference to patients across the Warrington community.
