ResponsibilitiesAs a Care Assistant, you will provide companionship and support that makes a real impact on people’s lives. You’ll be visiting customers in their own homes across Worcestershire, helping them remain independent while enjoying life to the fullest.
Your role may include:
- Assisting with daily living activities (meals, drinks, tidying around the home)
- Shopping and meal preparation
- Prompting with medication
- Supporting daily routines and personal hygiene
- Helping with pets
- Socialising and leisure activities
- Helping customers access the community
- Offering respite services
Every day will be different, with opportunities to meet people from all walks of life, hear amazing stories, and build genuine relationships. We offer extra opportunities with training specialists to help you expand your knowledge and skillset.
About youWe’d love to hear from you whether you’re new to care or have years of experience. Full training is provided, so no previous experience is necessary.
