Domiciliary Care & Outreach Support Worker | Warrington, UK (Sponsorship Available)
True Care 247 is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join its Children & Young People Services Team in Warrington and surrounding areas. This is a permanent role with flexible full‑time, part‑time, and zero‑hours contracts available, offering competitive pay starting at £13 per hour.
This role involves delivering domiciliary care and outreach support to children and young people with additional needs, disabilities, autism, behavioural challenges, and complex care requirements. You will provide person‑centred care both at home and in community settings, helping young people achieve independence, confidence, and positive outcomes.
- Deliver high‑quality care and support tailored to individual needs.
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance.
- Support community access and social activities.
- Offer emotional and behavioural support.
- Promote independence, wellbeing, and inclusion.
- Work closely with families and professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Follow care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate daily records and reports.
- Attend training, supervision, and team meetings.
- Experience in care, support work, children’s services, SEN, or community care.
- Caring, patient, and professional attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- Flexible and reliable approach to work.
- Right to work in the UK.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience supporting Autism, ADHD, or learning disabilities.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Training in medication, first aid, or behaviour support.
- Location: Warrington and surrounding areas.
