About the role
Community Integrated Care is recruiting an Advanced Support Worker with flexible shift patterns in a purpose‑built building in Culcheth, Warrington. The role involves supporting two adults with learning disabilities and autism, complex health needs and behavioural needs to live happy, meaningful and independent lives in their own homes. Each individual has their own routines, hobbies and personal interests and values independence, kindness, warmth and choice.

- Provide 1:1 support at all times for the first individual, and 2:1 support when in the community.
- Provide 2:1 support at all times for the second individual.
- Support routine activities, including personal care, medication administration, active support, CPI and PBS.
- Promote independence, choice and person‑centred care, encouraging the individuals to lead their own lives.
- Collaborate with team members, share knowledge and mentor colleagues as an Advanced Support Worker.
- Maintain consistency and predictability in support to meet the needs of the individuals.
- Assist with driving to appointments, activities and hobbies, when required.
- Work within the service’s purpose‑built facility, supporting two individual homes.
- Ideally a Level 3 Qualification in Social Care.
- Strong experience in mental health, autism, learning disabilities and complex care.
- Experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism.
- Knowledge of active support, CPI and PBS.
- Willingness to develop or maintain a Level 3 qualification if not yet achieved.
