Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Physiotherapist for Woolston House care home in Warrington to deliver specialist assessments, clinical diagnoses and interventions to support residents’ mobility and independence.
You will work within a Clinical Team to develop person-centred care and rehabilitation plans, maintain records, and collaborate with therapists to achieve physiotherapy goals. HCPC registration and a BSc/MSc in Physiotherapy are required.
