Senior Support Worker

At Bright Futures, we champion the potential of every person with autism and a learning disability, believing wholeheartedly in their ability to thrive and lead the most fulfilling lives. We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in Great Sankey, Warrington.

Our Rivenhall adults home is located in a housing estate in Warrington and consists of three, two bedroom houses next door to each other with a shared, large garden space. Rivenhall is nearby to 2 of our other Bright Futures adult homes. The people we support here all have busy planners that include activities like swimming, part time jobs, visiting family and walks in the local area.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be leading the team whilst you are on shift, acting as a role model to deliver the highest standards of care. You will develop strong relationships with the team and the people we support to ensure the best possible outcomes.

You will get to know each individual, find out their interests, and support them to achieve the small and big steps in reaching their goals and living the life they choose. Each day will be completely different, but you will be there to guide them through all of life's milestones and challenges.

What we're looking for

• Level 2 Adult Care Worker Qualification or equivalent is desirable.
