Change Grow Live in Warrington is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to work with our Integrated Offender Management (IOM) team. The role is a fixed-term 12-month contract, 37.5 hours per week, based at Bold Street in Warrington.
You will visit prisoners pre-release, support their release, mentor post-release, and help reintegrate individuals into the community with psychosocial interventions and partnership working, while safeguarding and information governance are observed.
