Were a community healthcare provider working across the Northwest, and we have an exciting opportunity for Band 7 Team Leader to lead on the Neurodevelopment Pathway. The post is based within the Child Development Centre, Sandy Lane, Warrington., The Team Leader will be responsible for the management and leadership of two teams within childrens specialist services including the Community Paediatric Service and the Neurodevelopmental Assessment Pathway (NDP) across the Borough of Warrington.
The purpose of this role is to ensure effective, efficient, timely delivery of high-quality clinical services.
The post holder will be one of a number of Team Leaders in childrens services across Bridgewater, who report to the Operational Manager and will be based at the child development centre, at Sandy Lane in Warrington.
You will be receive regular support and supervision to enable you to complete your role to a high standard. You will be required to participate in ongoing service development.
