A day in the life of a Bank Support Worker

As a Bank Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support across our various services, including residential homes, supported living, and community schemes. You'll have the opportunity to support people with a variety of needs, including older people and people with dementia, people with learning disabilities and people with mental health needs.

Job Summary

To work under the direction of the Service Manager to meet the needs of the people we support, promoting an environment that provides high-quality, personalised care through individual consultation, continued development, and learning.
