• Proven experience of working in a customer facing role, such as F&B, reception, meeting & events, housekeeping etc. Ideally gained within the hospitality sector.
• Excellent level of numeracy and literacy skills
• Excellent oral and written Communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. With the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong Organisation and Planning skills and the ability to prioritise appropriately.
• Fully flexible with working hours/shifts
• Possess a can-do attitude.
• Good understanding of the English language
