What we want from you:
- Confident, energetic communicator, especially for sales calls
- Interest in sales/recruitment and career development
- Previous B2C and/or B2B sales experience (beneficial but not essential)
- Self-motivated and eager to progress
- Ambitious about earning potential: starting at £22,500 with OTE of £30-40K in year 1, £60-80K in year 2, and £100K+ in year 3
