Position: Recruitment Consultant (Permanent)
About the Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant at AMB Recruitment Group, you will take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, winning business, building relationships, and placing talent across construction, engineering, energy, and renewables. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your drive, commercial instinct, and people skills will directly shape your success.

You’ll manage your own desk, develop client partnerships, source exceptional candidates, and deliver a complete service from first contact to placement.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively develop new business through outbound activity, meetings, and relationship selling.
Manage and nurture existing client accounts, ensuring outstanding service and repeat business.
Source and engage candidates using job boards, Linked In, Boolean searches, networking, and your own talent pools.
Conduct detailed qualification calls to assess suitability, motivations, and fit.
Coordinate the full recruitment process: CV submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate, organised records and pipeline trackers.
Build long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.
Contribute to team targets, competitions, and performance goals with energy and positivity.
