We are a well-established recruitment agency with over 21 years of success and 12 offices across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Warrington.

Role Overview :

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in both candidate management and business development. This is a varied and people-focused role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sourcing and matching candidates to client vacancies using our in-house CRM system

* Interviewing candidates face-to-face and via video platforms.

* Conducting outbound business development calls to potential new clients.

* Managing existing client relationships and expanding accounts.

* Handling the full recruitment process from job briefing to candidate placement.

* Previous experience in outbound sales, retail, telesales or a customer-facing environment

* Strong communication skills with a confident and professional manner

* Able to work well under pressure and to targets

* No prior recruitment experience needed – full training provided
