Recruitment Consultant – 360 Role

Location: Warrington, WA6 6PS

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Commission

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

About the Recruitment Consultant Role:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships
• Source, screen and manage candidates with integrity, care and speed
• Achieve and exceed performance targets and be rewarded for it
• Work collaboratively with a team that values innovation, results and accountability

About You:

• At least one years' experience in a 360 recruitment consultant role
• A proven track record of billing success
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach – self-starters thrive here
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
