This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be involved in everything from employee relations and industrial relations to engagement, development and operational HR support. • Coordinating occupational health, wellbeing and absence management activities.

• Monitoring people metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Delivering local employee engagement and communication initiatives.
What we're looking for
• Previous experience in a generalist HR role within a manufacturing, engineering, logistics or industrial environment.
• Strong employee relations experience.
• Experience working with trade unions and employee representatives.
• Sound understanding of UK employment law.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
