• Support the development of management capability through coaching and guidance.
Talent, Learning & Development
• Lead recruitment activity across the business, supporting hiring managers to attract and retain talent.
• Drive learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and performance.
• Develop and enhance succession planning processes to support future business needs.
• Support career development and internal progression opportunities across the workforce.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support the ongoing development of HR processes and operational efficiencies.
HR Projects & Continuous Improvement
• Lead the implementation of a new HR system and support wider digitalisation of HR processes.
• Review and improve recruitment processes, systems and candidate experience.
• Identify opportunities to reduce administrative workload through technology and process improvements.
• Support organisational development initiatives and contribute to business-wide projects.
Key requirements for the Head of HR:
• Previous experience operating in a senior HR Generalist, HR Manager or Head of HR role.
• Broad HR experience across employee relations, recruitment, learning and development and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
• A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to operate effectively in a standalone role.
• Experience leading HR projects, process improvements or systems implementations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
