Salary: £50,000 basic + Performance Bonus (£500–£6,000 per placement)

A leading Technology recruitment organisation is seeking an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and develop their TA function. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives on shaping recruitment strategy, mentoring teams, and influencing senior stakeholders.

• Own and drive the Talent Acquisition function, providing strategic direction.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and expand the Internal TA team.
• Enhance internal recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Develop innovative initiatives.

• Experienced in Recruitment to Recruitment / internal recruitment with proven leadership capability.
• Confident presenting ideas and influencing senior leaders.
• Strategic, creative, and full of fresh perspectives.
• Passionate about people, culture, and building high-performing teams.

• £50,000 salary
