Candidate Experience Coordinator (FTC – 3 Months)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organised Candidate Experience Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, providing onboarding and aftercare support, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from application through to post-offer.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate interviews and assessment activities across multiple stakeholders.

* Manage candidate communications, interview scheduling, and feedback requests.

* Provide onboarding and post-offer aftercare support, ensuring candidates remain engaged through to start date.

* Maintain accurate records within Workday and support recruitment administration.

* Champion a positive candidate experience aligned with our employer brand.

Skills & Experience

Essential

* Previous recruitment, talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or candidate experience.

* Strong organisational and administrative skills.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

* Experience using Workday

* Experience supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns.

* Previous experience within an in-house Talent Acquisition team.
