We’re looking for an ambitious 360 Education Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Warrington office. As a 360 Education Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of your own desk, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong partnerships with schools and education professionals.

• Developing and growing your own Education recruitment desk.
• Winning new business through proactive sales activity, networking and referrals.
• Building strong relationships with primary, secondary, SEND schools, academies and multi-academy trusts.
• Recruiting and placing Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Cover Supervisors, Nursery Practitioners and SEND professionals into temporary and permanent positions.
• Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement and aftercare.
• Interviewing, screening and supporting education candidates throughout their job search.
• Negotiating commercial agreements and terms with clients.
• Maintaining compliance in line with safeguarding and education recruitment standards.
• Achieving and exceeding sales, activity and revenue targets.
• Managing and developing existing client accounts while identifying opportunities for growth.

• Previous experience working as a 360 Education Recruitment Consultant (essential).
• A successful track record of business development and building long-term client relationships.
• Experience recruiting within the education sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• A driven, resilient and target-focused mindset.
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies within a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

• £30,000 - £35,000+ basic salary depending on experience.
