Village Hotels Central Team in the North West is seeking a Regional People Partner to anchor our multi-hotel people strategy. You will balance on-site leadership with remote Employee Relations across eight properties, driving engagement and practical change that sticks.
You will work with General Managers as a strategic partner, own complex ER issues, and lead culture initiatives to ensure recruitment, reward, and learning are embedded on the hotel floor.
