About us

Levicare One is the newly launched permanent recruitment division of Levicare Group, sister company to Levicare Limited — an established healthcare staffing business supplying nurses and healthcare assistants to care homes and healthcare providers since 2018. We're backed by an existing client base, a proven back-office infrastructure, and a clear growth plan.

The opportunity

We're building the permanent recruitment desk from the ground up, and we need a second biller working alongside our Senior Consultant to help drive it. This is a genuine chance to build your own book from day one, inside a business that already has warm client relationships and real infrastructure behind it — not a cold desk, and not a role where you're left to figure it out alone.

You'll work closely with the Senior Consultant, learning from someone actively building and running the division, while owning your own placements, your own targets, and your own commission from the start.

What you'll be doing

* Winning and managing your own instructions for permanent placements: registered nurses, senior healthcare assistants, and healthcare assistant roles, with the opportunity to grow into more senior/managerial placements as you develop

* Converting Levicare Limited’s existing care home and healthcare provider relationships into permanent recruitment instructions, alongside the Senior Consultant

* Running your placements end-to-end: briefing, sourcing strategy, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer management

* Building toward retained and part-retained client relationships as you grow, rather than relying purely on contingency work

* Working as a genuine team with the Senior Consultant — sharing pipeline insight, covering for each other, and contributing to the division's overall growth, not just your own number

* A Senior Consultant actively building the division alongside you — you're not learning on your own

What we're looking for

* Some recruitment experience is preferred — healthcare, care, or a closely related sector is a strong plus, but we're open to a strong generalist recruiter who's hungry to specialise

* Comfortable picking up the phone, building relationships, and owning a pipeline — this is a billing role, not an admin-support one

* A genuine team player — willing to learn from the Senior Consultant and contribute to the wider desk, not just protect your own patch

* Self-starting and commercially minded — this is a new desk within a small, agile group, not a corporate structure with layers of process

* Ambitious — there's real room to grow here as the division scales
