• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from business development through to candidate placement.
• Develop new business opportunities whilst growing long-term partnerships with schools, academies, trusts and local authorities.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of teachers, tutors, teaching assistants and specialist education professionals.
• Source outstanding candidates through job boards, networking, referrals and social media.
• Deliver consultative recruitment solutions that genuinely add value to both clients and candidates.
• Champion safeguarding and compliance, ensuring the highest standards across every placement.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maximise opportunities across existing accounts and new business.
• Build a profitable, sustainable desk while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within the education or healthcare recruitment sector.
• A proven track record of business development and building successful client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the confidence to influence at every level.
• A commercial mindset with the drive to grow a profitable desk.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for client visits.

Monday – Thursday:
08:00 – 17:00
Friday:
07:30 – 16:00
