As a Delivery Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in sourcing, managing, and nurturing top-tier candidates for cutting-edge clients in the Automotive, Motorsport, Advanced Air Mobility, Clean Tech, Defence and Robotics sectors.

This is a delivery-focused role, perfect for someone who thrives on building candidate relationships, executing recruitment campaigns, and delivering high-quality service without the pressure of cold sales.

• Build and maintain strong candidate networks in specialist technical markets
• Own and manage active delivery across key client recruitment campaigns
• Conduct detailed candidate qualification calls and interviews
• Write compelling job adverts and manage application pipelines
• Partner with client consultants and hiring teams to ensure an exceptional experience

• Experience in delivery, resourcing, or recruitment support roles (agency or in-house)
• Excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset
• Detail-oriented, organised, and driven to deliver high-quality work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high standards
• Enthusiasm for engineering, mobility, or technology (domain knowledge a bonus, not a requirement)
