The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering across permanent and contract vacancies while developing long-term client and candidate relationships focused on delivering outstanding results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement qualification to placement
- Sourcing, attracting, and engaging high-calibre candidates
- Building and developing candidate and client relationships
- Generating new business leads for our Business Development team
- Negotiating offers and supporting onboarding activities
- Achieving individual and team revenue targets
- Delivering exceptional recruitment service to clients and candidates
About You
- Proven recruitment experience in any sector
- Excellent candidate sourcing and assessment skills
- Strong billing and target achievement track record
- Strong candidate and client relationship skills
- Recruitment delivery focused and results driven
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Motivated, resilient and relationship focused
