Senior Manager Ecommerce

Forward Role are pleased to be partnering with a fast-growing sportswear brand, who are looking to add a Senior Ecommerce Manager to their growing team. This is a newly created role for the business and will be pivotal in helping the brand achieve further growth and success through their online channels.

Job title: Senior Ecommerce Manager

Location: Warrington - full time office based

Salary: Up to £65,000

• Own the P&L for the ecommerce channel, delivering revenue and margin targets.
• Develop and execute the digital roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Manage and optimise the ecommerce platform.
• Oversee product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and stock availability.
• Work with internal teams and agencies to drive traffic through paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and affiliates.
• Continuously test and improve site navigation, UX/UI, and checkout processes.
• Use data-driven insights to track performance and make commercial decisions.
• Provide regular reporting to leadership on sales, conversion rates, AOV, CAC, and LTV.

• Have previous experience within ecommerce management, ideally 3-5 years.
• Have strong working knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Woo Commerce, etc).
• Have a proven track record of growing online revenue and improving conversion rates.
• Have strong working knowledge of analytical tools such as GA4.
