What you'll be doing Leading multiple agile squads as a hands-on Scrum Master Acting as the primary client interface , owning delivery, cadence and outcomes Driving Power BI delivery into live production environments Leading mixed, cross-functional agile teams (onshore/offshore) What we're looking for Proven agile delivery / scrum mastery in complex environments Strong client-facing engagement management experience Hands-on Power BI delivery experience (end-to-end, not just dashboards) SC Cleared or eligible to obtain SC clearance Comfortable working on-site 3-4 days per week (4 ideal) Logistics
