Technical Support Engineer
Location:
Warrington
Hours:
37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday 07:00 - 17:00
Salary:
Between £40,000 - £45,000 pa DO
Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for problem‑solving and delivering exceptional technical support? We’re looking for a proactive Technical Support Engineer to help keep customers and field engineers moving with confidence.
What you’ll do
* Handle technical enquiries from customers and internal teams
* Deliver remote diagnostics using digital tools
* Provide clear technical guidance, work instructions and service bulletins
* Collaborate across teams to boost first‑time fix rates
* Support health & safety best practice
* Help drive continuous improvement in technical support processes
What you’ll bring
* Strong engineering background and solid experience resolving technical issues
* Ability to communicate confidently at a technical level
* Understanding of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems (desirable)
* Ability to read technical drawings and create clear documentation
* Excellent IT skills and great time‑management
* Relevant engineering qualification (Level 3 or equivalent)
