Engagement Manager - Data & Analytics

Location: Warrington (Hybrid / On-site 3-4 days per week)

Security Clearance: SC Cleared or eligible for SC

Duration: 6 months

We’re looking for a proactive, client-facing Engagement Manager with strong Agile / Scrum Master delivery experience to lead multiple data delivery squads in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of stakeholder management, agile delivery, and hands-on data outcomes, particularly Power BI dashboarding and visualisation in live production environments

You’ll be responsible for running three parallel agile squads
, ensuring delivery momentum, quality, and stakeholder confidence from day one.

• Act as the primary client-facing Engagement Manager
  , owning relationships, expectations, and delivery outcomes
• Lead and coordinate three concurrent agile squads
  , ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery
• Operate in a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead capacity
  , facilitating:
• Sprint planning
• Daily stand-ups
• Reviews and retrospectives
• Drive the delivery of Power BI dashboards and visualisation solutions into live production environments
• Ensure dashboards meet business, technical, and governance standards
• Manage delivery across mixed agile teams (data engineers, analysts, BI developers, QA, etc.)
• Track and report on delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigations
• Maintain high standards of communication, transparency, and stakeholder engagement
• Ensure alignment with security, governance, and best practice frameworks
• Proven experience as an Engagement Manager, Delivery Manager, or Scrum Master within data-focused programmes
• Strong client-facing experience
  , able to confidently engage senior stakeholders
• Hands-on experience delivering Power BI solutions into live production
• Solid understanding of dashboarding and data visualisation best practices
• Experience leading multiple agile squads in parallel
• Comfortable working with cross-functional, mixed-discipline agile teams
• Strong Agile / Scrum delivery background (certifications beneficial but not essential)
• SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain SC clearance
• Experience working in regulated or secure environments
• Background in data platforms, analytics, or BI programmes
• Experience managing delivery across multiple stakeholders or client organisations
