Developandimplementacomprehensivetoolingstrategyfortestautomation,AI-basedtestoptimization,andcontinuousquality. Evaluate,select,andintegratebest-in-classtoolsandplatformstosupport

QE. Change Management&Adoption:
Leadculturalandskilltransformationwithinthe
QEorganization,fosteringinnovationandcontinuouslearning. Designanddeliverenablementprogramsforupskillingteamson
AI,ML,andadvancedautomationpractices. Collaboration&Stakeholder Management:

Quality

Deepunderstandingof
AI/MLconceptsappliedtosoftwaretesting. Hands-onexperiencewithautomationframeworks(Selenium,Cypress,Playwright),AI-basedtestingtools,andCI/CD pipelines. Leadership&Communication:
Exceptionalabilitytoinfluenceandleadcross-functional teams. Strongcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskills. Preferred:
