  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and showcases.
  • Work closely with clients and product owners to support co-development and integrated product ownership models.
  • Ensure teams remain focused on priorities, delivery objectives, and sprint outcomes.
  • Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and maintain delivery momentum across multiple work streams.
  • Promote agile best practice, continuous improvement, and delivery transparency.
  • Support communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and client leadership.
  • Drive collaboration across engineering, product, and business functions.
Experience Required

  • Strong experience leading agile teams delivering enterprise software and/or AI solutions.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent agile squads.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and delivery governance.
  • Comfortable operating within client-facing environments.
  • SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain SC Clearance is essential.
Additional Information
