This role is a launchpad into SAP consulting! You’re not joining to make coffee and sit in on calls. You’re joining because you want to build a consulting career that matters, advising major organisations on some of the most complex SAP and AI transformation programmes in the UK. The Academy programme gives you a structured runway to develop the skills, confidence, and commercial instinct you’ll need before stepping into client‑facing work.

After that, the pace is yours to set.

You’ll build a strong understanding of what we do across S/4

HANA road‑mapping, programme delivery, realisation, and AI solutions. You’ll work alongside consultants with decades of experience from the Big 4 and beyond, learning how real projects run, how clients think, and how great consulting gets done. From there, you’ll get involved in projects across these areas as opportunities arise, supporting work that helps both our clients and the business.

This role is designed for people who want to build a career in SAP delivery and consulting. It’s not just about learning the technology, it’s about understanding how SAP is used in real organisations and developing the skills to support teams delivering change for large UK clients.
