The Project Manager will sit within the Digital team and will be accountable for managing and ope rationalising the outputs of an ongoing Operating Model review, alongside leading the procurement and implementation of the organisation’s data platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the outputs of third‑party Operating Model work.
  • Own the transition and implementation of agreed recommendations.
  • Support the assessment and mobilisation of any IPT‑owned IT capabilities or functions where recommended.
  • Ensure short‑term improvements are driven forward in collaboration with IT with clear ownership, delivery plans, and governance.
Data Platform Procurement & Delivery
  • Lead end‑to‑end procurement of the enterprise data platform.
  • Manage data platform implementation, integration, testing, and go‑live.
  • Ensure security, data governance, and compliance requirements are met.
  • Work with commercial and technical colleagues to define requirements, evaluate options, and manage supplier delivery.
  • Maintain delivery governance, RAID, and reporting.
  • Monitor project budgets, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Engage senior stakeholders across Digital, IT, and the wider business.
  • Ensure alignment with organisational standards and assurance requirements.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience delivering complex digital or IT programmes.
  • Experience managing and ope rationalising operating model or transformation outputs, ideally within IT or digital environments.
  • Strong governance, assurance, and stakeholder management capability.
  • Experience leading procurement and implementation of enterprise platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
Preferred
  • Experience working with third‑party IT providers and supporting large‑scale technology or data procurements.
Additional Requirements
  • Must be able to attend the Warrington office most weeks.
