• Set the Innovation Strategy and define a clear innovation roadmap aligned to long‑term business goals.

• Manage the innovation portfolio, overseeing a pipeline of initiatives from early‑stage concepts to scaled delivery.

• Proven experience leading innovation or transformation strategy in complex organisations.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build compelling business cases.
• Experience in regulated or asset‑heavy environments (desirable).
• Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI, data and digital solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
• Passion for innovation, sustainability and driving meaningful change.
