The Helpdesk Coordinator at United Infrastructure in Warrington is responsible for managing incoming service requests, coordinating work orders, and supporting delivery teams to ensure services meet SLAs and KPIs.
You will log tasks accurately, triage requests, and maintain clear communication with clients, engineers, and internal teams while adhering to health and safety guidelines. A-Level education and CAFM experience are preferred.
