Ricoh UK is seeking a proactive Service Desk professional to provide first-line logging, diagnosis and resolution of incidents and service requests. You will work via phone, email or self-service portal to ensure high levels of customer service and timely updates on ticket progress.

You will escalate to internal and third‑party resolver groups to meet SLAs, manage incident lifecycle end-to-end and contribute to knowledge base improvements for standardised service delivery across Ricoh
