2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer position based near North Warrington. Supporting around 5,000 users across multiple offices and project sites across the UK and Ireland. Salary £50,000 - £55,000 plus a Company Vehicle or Car Allowance.
Location:
Newton-Le-Willows, 5 days onsite.
Responsibilities include providing 2nd and 3rd line support, mentoring junior technicians, and coordinating ITIL-based service delivery with Infrastructure and Cyber Security teams.
