The role

As Info Sec, Data & Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading Boots Hearing care’s Information Security governance whilst managing our Data & Development team, ensuring we continue to deliver secure, innovative and reliable technology solutions that support colleagues and customers alike.

You’ll:

• Lead Boots Hearing care’s Information Security governance framework, ensuring compliance with ISO
  27001, GDPR, PCI DSS and other regulatory standards.
• Drive a proactive approach to cyber security, risk management, audits, vulnerability management and incident response.
• Lead and develop the Data & Development team responsible for in‑house web systems, development planning, testing and data provisioning.
• Champion secure software development practices and embed security throughout the development lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and data engineering to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Produce governance reporting, risk updates and security metrics for senior leadership.
• Build strong relationships across the business, working closely with IT, external partners and Sonova colleagues.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing technical team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience leading Information Security, Cyber Security or Security Governance within a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of ISO
