• Designingandconfiguringtechnologysolutionsthatmeetcustomerrequirements.
• Support sales teams by creating bills of materials and solution recommendations.
• Demonstratingexpertisearound the HPE Data centre,networking and securityportfolio.
• Respond to technical enquiries from co-workers, partners, and customers.
• Providea high levelof customer service while meeting agreed service standards.
• Use internal and vendor tools to createaccuratetechnical solutions.
• Build knowledge of vendor products, technologies, and promotions.
• Support partner enablement activities and help drive solution adoption.
• Maintain technical documentation and resolver group ownership activities.
• Build relationships with vendor technical teams and industry contacts.
• Maintain /GainHPEindustry-recognised vendor accreditations and certifications.
• Gain exposure to implementation and post-sales technical services.

• A genuine interest in technology and a desire to build a technical career.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders.
• A willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
