ERP Transformation Lead (Construction)

Key Responsibilities:- Assess current systems, workflows and data structures from a cold start
- Map business processes across commercial, build, technical, land, finance and customer care
- Review existing D365 configuration and identify gaps, risks and bespoke elements
- Recommend a new ERP and produce vendor-agnostic options
- Lead vendor selection including scope definition, module requirements and pricing negotiation
- Manage implementation with the chosen vendor
- Embed new processes, train teams and support change management
- Ensure construction-specific workflows are correctly built into the new system
- Strong background in construction ERP, ideally D365, COINS, Eque2, EVision, IFS or SAP
- Experience delivering ERP transformations in construction or house building
- Ability to work independently, assess a business from scratch and build a roadmap
- Vendor-agnostic mindset with strong commercial and technical judgement
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Construction experience is essential
- Competitive day rate or FTC package
