Senior Motor Claims Handler – High Net Worth

Role Overview

A respected and expanding insurance services provider is seeking a Senior Motor Claims Handlerto join their High Net-worth claims team in Warrington. This full-time, office-based role involves managing motor insurance claims from first notification through to settlement, ensuring service levels align with insurer SLAs and industry regulations. You’ll work closely with policyholders, engineers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to deliver a high standard of claims handling under delegated authority.

• 2+ years’ experience in motor insurance claims handling
• Understanding of ABI codes, MOJ, FSA regulations, and insurer best practices
• Experience using Proclaim case management system (advantageous)
• Cert CII qualification preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident, professional telephone manner
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Salary up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
