Legal Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join the in‑house legal department at Sunbelt Rentals. As our Legal Assistant, you will be crucial to our continued success by playing a key role in all in‑house legal duties.

• Provide accurate, timely, efficient and professional administrative support to the Legal Team.
• Review, assess and process requests for legal support and other communications.
• Provide assistance with commercial contract drafting, reviews, negotiation.
• Assist in dealing with data protection matters.
• Ensure that legal files are kept up to date.
• Providing support to the Legal Team when negotiating contractual terms with customers and suppliers.
• Providing support to the Legal Team when dealing with external counsel.
• Providing support to the Legal Team and developing relationships with other colleagues within the business.

This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days office based.
