Sea Global is proud to be partnering with one of the UK's leading organisations to recruit a Strategic Sourcing Manager, focusing on the Maintenance category, into their high performing Procurement team.

• Lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities across the maintenance category portfolio.
• Design and implement category and sourcing strategies that deliver value, mitigate risk, and support business objectives.
• Manage the procurement of major maintenance and service contracts, including programmes valued in the hundreds of millions of pounds.
• Drive commercial performance through effective supplier engagement, negotiation, demand management, and market analysis.
• Ensure all procurement activity is conducted in line with organisational governance, policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Experience with in strategic sourcing and category management, managing complex procurement categories.
• Demonstrable success leading complex, high-value sourcing and tendering programmes.
• Well-developed commercial acumen, including contract management, supplier negotiations, and value delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively within a fast-paced environment.
