- Takefullownershipoftheday-to-dayexportoperation
- Managethecompleteexportprocessfromorderreleasethroughtoloadinganddispatch
- Ensureexportordersareaccuratelypicked,packed,checkedanddispatchedwithinagreedshippingdeadlines
- Coordinateexportshipmentsacrossairfreight,seafreightandroadtransport
- Ensureexportpackinglistsareaccurate,completeandfullyreconciledbeforedispatch
- Overseetheaccuratecompletionofexportandcustomsdocumentation
- Monitorexportperformance,productivityandaccuracy
- Lead,motivateanddeveloptheexportloadingteam
- Plandailyworkloadstoensureexportdeadlinesareconsistentlyachieved
- Coach,trainanddevelopteammembers Workcloselywith Customer Service ,Manufacturing,Planning,Warehouse and Logisticsteams
