** Haier, Hoover and Candy**, we're looking for an experienced people manager to drive performance, develop talent and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Leading a team of Order to Delivery Specialists, you'll oversee the end-to-end order journey, working closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Transport and Commercial teams to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.
** What you'll do
*** Manage, coach, support and develop a high-performing team
* Drive customer service and operational performance
* Manage order book activity and delivery commitments
* Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Logistics and Sales
* Identify and implement process improvements
* Use data and insight to improve service and efficiency
** What you'll bring
*** Team leadership experience within Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics or Supply Chain
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience driving continuous improvement
* Analytical and problem-solving capability
* SAP experience (desirable)
