- Southport We are recruiting reliable and hardworking General Cleaning Operatives to support this year's Open Championship at Royal Birkdale Golf Club . This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a world-class sporting event, working within a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Location Royal Birkdale Golf Club, Southport Roles Available General Cleaning Operatives/ Grounds Cleaning Staff

Key Responsibilities Maintaining cleanliness across event areas, spectator zones, walkways and facilities Litter picking and waste removal across outdoor and high-footfall areas Cleaning and replenishing public areas, toilets and staff facilities Working to high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation Supporting the event team to ensure a positive experience for visitors What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors for extended periods A positive, can-do attitude with good attention to detail Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends Previous cleaning or event experience is helpful but not essential UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO ONSITE INSURANCE ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE 18  YEARS OLD Pay & Benefits £14.45 per hour Opportunity to work at a prestigious international sporting event Supportive on-site management and team environment Shifts & Dates Temporary roles covering the Open Championship period Night Shift - 8pm - 6am Flexible shifts available across event days
