Amentum is recruiting a Building Manager for our Warrington office on a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential extension. You will plan, coordinate and safely deliver maintenance across offices and lab facilities, ensuring safety, compliance and minimal disruption.
You’ll manage contractors, maintain CAFM records, coordinate permits, and work with lab managers to meet operational needs while keeping stakeholders informed.
