Job Description

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

10.5 hours per week

Temporary Position

We are recruiting for an experienced Cleaner to work at a professional banking premises in Warrington, WA4 .

This is a key-holder position involving lone working, so applicants must be reliable, trustworthy and comfortable working independently.

Duties

General cleaning throughout the premises
Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
Cleaning offices and communal areas
Cleaning and sanitising washrooms
Emptying bins and replacing liners
Wiping and sanitising touchpoints
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Following site security and health & safety procedures

Requirements

Adverse credit check required
2 years’ employment history required
Employment history must be obtained through the Get Proof of Employment History service
Valid Right to Work documentation
Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
Comfortable with lone working
Comfortable acting as a key holder and using an alarm panel
Reliable and punctual
Able to use a telephone time and attendance clocking system
